Le dinamiche socio-culturali nella violenza contro le donne

The paper analyzes the phenomenon of violence against women, in the socio-cultural perspective, studing different possible social models able to be describe this form of violence. The author highlights that to understand this complex phenomenon it is necessary to investigate the deep reasons of a social nature and culture and, above all, contextualize it according to the different social and cultural realities that produce it.

L’articolo analizza il fenomeno della violenza contro le donne, dal punto di vista socio-culturale, considerando differenti possibili modelli sociali in grado di descrivere tale forma di violenza. L’autore sottolinea che per comprendere tale complesso fenomeno sia necessario indagarne le ragioni profonde di tipo sociale e culturale e, soprattutto, contestua lizzarlo in ragione delle diverse realtà socioculturali che lo producono.

L’insediamento della Camorra nel territorio casertano

The Neapolitan criminal dynamics since 1993 have been subject to analysis in the Anti-Mafia Commission report, while no special attention had been given on criminality in Terra di Lavoro. Fundamental in order to understand the extent of the phenomenon in the Caserta province were, therefore, the data provided by the Prefecture and the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of Naples, who, starting from the nineties, has initiated many criminal proceedings. In the paper the author reconstructs the phases of the settlement of the Camorra in Caserta area, highlighting the specificity of the “Casalesi” The clan began to get organized thanks to the unification of Italy and only in recent decades has come out, in the Caserta area, organized as a real independent Mafia, with a structure, hierarchical, pyramidal, also known as the Dome (“Cupola”), as is Cosa Nostra.

Le dinamiche criminali napoletane sono state sin dal 1993 oggetto di analisi nella Relazione della Commissione Antimafia, mentre nessuna attenzione specifica era stata posta sulla criminalità in Terra di Lavoro. Fondamentali al fine di comprendere l’entità del fenomeno nella provincia casertana sono stati, pertanto, i dati forniti dalla Prefettura e dalla Direzione Distrettuale Antimafia di Napoli, che, a partire dagli anni novanta, ha dato avvio a innumerevoli procedimenti penali. Nel paper si ricostruiscono le fasi dell’insediamento della Camorra nel casertano, evidenziando lo specifico dei casalesi. Il clan ha cominciato ad organizzarsi grazie all’unità d’Italia e, solo negli ultimi decenni è venuto fuori, in tutto il casertano, organizzato come una vera e propria mafia indipendente, con una struttura, gerarchica piramidale, detta anche a cupola, come del resto è Cosa Nostra.

Although according to this interpretation the mediation remains, however, universal, there is no need to further subdivide the conflictual situations. A second response, which Glasl defines “skeptical” could be attributed to the fact that “for those who have a hammer as a single tool, every problem will be addressed as a nail!” Metaphors aside, those who have a limited “toolbox tools “for mediation, should simply face any problem with the same system, even when it is not the appropriate one.

Una prima, che definisce più “conciliante”, secondo la quale la mediazione è universale ed è così vasta da poter essere utilizzata con successo nelle più disparate situazioni. In questo modo, tale concetto si è trasformato in quello più generale e di ampio utilizzo, di interventi tripartiti nei conflitti. Nonostante secondo tale interpretazione la mediazione resti, comunque, universale, non v’è alcuna necessità di suddividere ulteriormente le situazioni di conflitto.

Una seconda risposta, che Glasl definisce “scettica” potrebbe essere riconducibile al fatto che “per coloro che dispongono di un martello come unico attrezzo, ogni problema verrà affrontato alla stregua di un chiodo!” Fuor di metafora, chi ha una limitata “cassetta degli attrezzi”, di strumenti per la mediazione, deve affrontare semplicemente ogni problema con lo stesso sistema, anche quando non è quello appropriato.
